1. What we provide

Our service is workflow and deadline-management systems for tax firms on TaxDome — return pipelines, automated task triggers, deadline calendars, role-based views and partner reporting. Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation and ends with written documentation of what was configured and how your team can change it. We are an independent consulting firm: we do not resell software subscriptions, and any platform account remains yours.

Details and current pricing for each package are shown on our Plans page and confirmed in your written estimate. TaxDome® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Workflow Tax Desk LLC is an independent consulting firm, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TaxDome. Any platform subscription is purchased directly by you from the platform provider under its own terms.

2. Booking and agreement

Bookings are made through this site's inquiry form, by phone ((312) 555-0193), or by email ([email protected]). A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation and, where applicable, receive the deposit. Dates are held 72 hours pending your confirmation.

3. Fees and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable sales tax is added where required by state law. Payment by card or ACH. No automatic renewals unless a monthly plan explicitly says so, and any recurring plan can be stopped as described in Section 4.

4. Cancellations and changes

Engagements may be rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Fixed-fee packages expire 12 months from purchase; if a phase cannot be completed for reasons on our side, the uncompleted phase is refunded pro rata. We would rather reschedule than deliver rushed work.

5. Media and likeness

Photographs taken during engagements may be used on our site only with the client firm's advance written permission; permission can be withdrawn any time and material is removed within 14 days. Your configuration documents, playbooks and templates are yours; we retain copies only while you are an active client.

6. What you receive

Every engagement includes written documentation of the configuration delivered, a walkthrough session with your team, and the support period stated in your package.

7. Liability

We carry general liability insurance (CNA tech E&O policy IL-2026-6650, technology errors-and-omissions endorsement). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you ask us to import and for reviewing configurations against your firm's own compliance obligations before filing season. We deliver consulting and configuration services, not tax, legal, or accounting advice.

8. Force majeure

If events beyond our control — severe weather, power or internet outages affecting both parties, public orders, or illness — make scheduled work impossible, we reschedule or refund the affected phase without cancellation fees.

9. Your information

How we collect, use, store, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including rights available to California residents.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Unresolved disputes are brought in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
